Notated Music[Sketches for the Library of Congess march] Holograph in black ink and pencil. Music written on both sides of sheet 1; music written on one side only of sheets 2 and 3. Staff notation. On verso of sheet 1 in ink: J.P.S. Nov. 9th 1931, J.P.S. Nov. 20th 1831 [sic]. Composition of march was begun in 1931, but the final orchestration was never completed by Sousa.
