- - Script of Baldo's consilium is a hybrid (prehumanistic gothic with letters s and f extending below the base line); that of the case presentation, professional documentary cursive.
- - The presentation of the legal case, p. [1-3] includes full text of the letter given in 1370, by virtue of an authorization by Pope Urban V, to the town of Recanati by Anglicus, Vicar-General for papal possessions in the area, confirming and extending privileges granted earlier and establishing, in particular, the town's jurisdiction in matters of criminal justice.
- - The primary content, Baldo degli Ubaldi's consilium, i.e. legal expertise, begins with last 13 lines on p. [3], continuing and concluding with 23 lines on p. 4. The 23rd line (if not the whole consilium) may be Baldo's autograph; it is followed by his seal, and two (autograph?) statements of concurrence, by Petrus de Perusio and Angelus de Perusio (with traces of seals).
