  • -  原題:「金壇王肯堂輯。」按四庫總目著錄本作一百二十卷，不知為何時刻本?提要據肯堂自序述云:「肯堂先撰證治準繩八冊附以類方八冊，成於丁酉戊戌間。其傷寒準繩八冊，瘍醫準繩六冊，則成於甲辰。幼科準繩九冊，女科準繩五冊，則成於丁未。皆以補前書所未備，故仍以證治準繩為總名」此本以一卷為一冊，每冊訂為兩本，因知全書凡分四十四冊，即四十四卷也。邵氏四庫標注云:「許目四十四卷，八十冊」，又知許氏藏本，四十四冊俱全，分訂為八十本也，則不盡每冊訂為兩本。卷內有:「古京兆少陵劉氏家藏」印記。自序萬曆三十年(1602).
