• Included is a preface attributed to Zhao Mengfu; however, according to the postscript written by Ni Jin in 1613, the woodblocks that included the preface by Zhao had been missing for some time; therefore, it is possible that the preface attributed to Zhao may have been composed during the Wanli Period (1573-1620), and may not be authentic.
