  • -  全書正楷抄寫於淡灰印豎格黃箋紙上，板心有單魚尾，版匡右邊印有"望漢廬仿汪容甫初刊述學本製箋"。抄錄者據卷内《題小癡實記》："翁之實記後十年黃梅雨燈南原宗人牒抄而記"。此處記抄寫年代為"翁之實記後十年"，查許鍊卒於1876年7月，同年還將此書示於金永文，十年後為1886年，此書最後張錫愚跋正好亦作於1886年，當為是年所抄.
  • -  函面，函脊均題"小癡實錄"。書根題"小癡實錄全"。無書名葉。版心無題字葉碼。 正文額題"夢緣錄，小癡實錄"，下無署名. 正文前有李喬容戊寅年（1878）"夢緣錄"序，癡翁丁卯年（1867）"夢緣錄"自序。卷末有鄭翼皓辛未年（1871）跋，徐光台後序，金有濟跋，丁金後序，邊應圭跋，南原宗人抄錄題記。金永文"題小癡夢緣錄後"，雲林老人己卯年（1879）"續緣錄"，申奭熈庚辰年（1880）跋，李相悳庚辰年跋，南弘轍跋，佚名"小癡墨緣帖字後"，張錫愚丙戌年（1886）跋.
