  • -  各冊前有紅紙粘貼題簽，冊末有通共實用銀若干兩總數。可知公主府工程判與羊市興隆木廠，並給按金70000兩。興隆木廠由河北深州工匠馬天祿創辦於明朝永樂年間，至清亡計傳十四代，長達六百年。修建了明清兩朝幾乎所有皇家園林、宮闕，為當年京城中八個大的專門承攬皇家工程的修建官木廠"八大櫃"中的首櫃。 1911年後馬輝堂關閉了興隆木廠，開起了恆茂木廠，由其長子馬增祺經營，下屬一百多個分廠.
