The caption refers to the popular novel with the same title by Niven Busch published in the 1940s and the film by the same name. Suggests disapproval of the position taken by the British and other allies in 1952 and 1953, pressuring the United States to take a less rigid position on the matter of the release of Korean prisoners of war who did not wish to be repatriated.
