Football and baseball legend Deion Sanders testifies during an acrimonious divorce hearing at the Collin County Courthouse in McKinney, Texas. The case, which included child custody issues, began in 2012 and continued for several years afterward. After an April 23, 2012 scuffle with his estranged wife in their home, State District Judge Ray Wheless ordered Pilar Sanders to keep at least 500 yards away and gave Deion Sanders temporary custody of their children. In signing the drawing for artist Gary Myrick, Sanders ascribed it to Psalm 37.4, which reads: "Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." The couple returned later in the year to argue over their pre-nuptial agreement and to finalize their divorce in a messy and public fight.
