Pri nem v sadu bylo vystroeno zdanie obshchestvennogo sobranii︠a︡, derevi︠a︡nnai︠a︡ veranda-fligel' s bufetom, pavil'on dli︠a︡ muzykal'nykh i teatral'nykh vecherov.

  • -  Красноярский городской сад XIX в. считался одним из лучших в Сибири. Находился в центре города ближе к его юго-западной части. Основание его заложил первый Енисейский губернатор А.П. Степанов (1823-1831 г.). Особенно благоустроился сад при губернаторе В.К. Падалки (в 1845-1861гг.). При нем в саду было выстроено здание общественного собрания, деревянная веранда-флигель с буфетом, павильон для музыкальных и театральных вечеров.
