Тропининым. В 1850-1860 годы им владел купец П.П. Шипилин, поэтому спуск к Енисею был назван Шипилинским взвозом. С 1872 года усадьба принадлежала потомственной почетной гражданке А.Ф. Кузнецовой, а от нее досталась по наследству Ю.П. Кузнецовой (Матвеевой).
