- - Work 1: Ff. 2r-19v: ספר יורה חטאים בדרך נדפס בויניציאה בשנת מעיל צדקה יעשני Sefer Yoreh Hataim, by Isaac b. Moses Elis, copied from the Venice 1589 edition with the printer's colophon. Includes other works from the printed edition: ספר הכפרות לר"א גרמישא Sefer ha-Kapparot by Eleazar b. Judah of Worms, חיבוט הקבר Hibbut ha-Kever, חידושים novellae and צוואת ר"י החסיד.
- - Work 2: Ff. 19v-20r: קצת ממנהגי האר"י Some kabbalistic customs practiced by Isaac Luria (AR"I).
- - Work 3: Ff. 20r-22v: Explanations of Hebrew terms, mainly from Talmudic and rabbinic literature, partly in alphabetical order.
- - Work 4: F. 23r: תפלת מנשה מלך יהודה בהיותו בבית האסורים בבבל The apocryphal prayer of Manasseh, King of Judah. The same prayer in the same translation is found in MS Rome, Collegio Rabbinico Italiano 231, where it is obvious that the translation was made from the Italian. It is followed by a short paragraph in justification of Manasseh,based on TB Sanhedrin 101b. Begins: א-ל ש-די אלקי אבותי אלקי אברהם אלקי יצחק ויעקב וזרעם, הצדק אשר עשית את השמים ואת הארץ.

- - Work 7: Ff. 30r- 34v: חיבור קטן שחיבר כמהר"ר גדליה יחייא ז"ל בשבח הנשים Short treatise in praise of women by Gedaliah ibn Yahya, published from an Oxford manuscript by A. Neubauer, in Israelietische Letterbode, 10 (1884/5), pp. 139-147. The Oxford manuscript was also owned by Ephraim Jona, one of the owners of this manuscript.
