Summary
- Angelique, known as Angel, moves from France to the United States to marry American architect, John Smith. The newlyweds set up housekeeping in Los Angeles, California. She tries her best to be a good housewife but sometimes runs into problems as she learns English and adapts to her new life and culture. In this episode, George gets two tickets to a prize fight that Johnny and his boss, Mr. Corwin, both want to see. Johnny tells a little white lie to keep his boss from learning about the tickets. Angel wants no part of it, and warns him that one lie always leads to another.
