Summary
- Angelique, known as Angel, moves from France to the United States to marry American architect, John Smith. The newlyweds set up housekeeping in Los Angeles, California. She tries her best to be a good housewife but sometimes runs into problems as she learns English and adapts to her new life and culture. In this episode, Johnny has a business trip to Paris. He hopes to take Angel, but instead, his boss, Mr. Johnson is going with him. Angel is terribly disappointed but she and her friend, Mrs. Spiegelman, work out a way for Angel to go: she will be an all-expenses-paid tour guide for Mrs. Spiegelman's group trip to Paris. Johnny's trip gets cancelled and Angel does not want to go without him, so they have to convince Mrs. Spiegelman's group to go somewhere else without Angel.
