- - Salvador is the capital of Bahia state and one of the main cities in Brazil. It is one of the main cultural centers in the country that is expressed in the mixture of Amerindian, European and African traditions, which are reflected in its cuisine, its folklore and handicraft production. The main attraction in Salvador, is the old town, known as Pelourinho, which was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, besides being a thousand mansions, houses, palaces, convents and churches in baroque style of the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. Another attraction is its circuit of churches with more than 350 buildings built in various styles. In addition, the city is surrounded by beaches, where you can rest and water sports.

Es uno de los principales centros culturales del país que se expresa en la mezcla de las tradiciones amerindias, europeas y africanas, las cuales se ven reflejadas en su gastronomía, folclore y en su producción artesanal. El principal atractivo en Salvador de Bahía, es el casco antiguo de la ciudad, conocido como Pelourinho, y que fuera declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por UNESCO, además de constituir un millar de mansiones, casas, palacios, conventos e iglesias, en estilo barroco, de los siglos XVI y XVII. Otra de las atracciones es su circuito de iglesias, con más de 350 edificaciones, construidas en variados estilos. Además, la ciudad está rodeada por playas, donde se puede descansar y practicar deportes acuáticos.
