  • This bulletin provides quantitative and qualitative information about the effect of installment- purchasing on the prestige of high-grade male clothing stores. It supplements a study conducted by the Bureau of Business Research in 1926. Through data gathered in interviews with three hundred business and professional men in Dayton, Ohio, the study determines that use of the so- called Ten-Payment-Plan has increased.
