Nel terzo si parla della statura, e stagione de' pesci. Nel quarto si mostrano le liste del presentar le viuande in tauola, cosi di grasso come di magro. Nel quinto si coutiene [sic] l'ordine di far diuerse sorti di paste, & attri lauori. Nel sesto, & vltimo libro si ragiona de' conualescenti, & molte altre sorti di viuande per gli insermi.
