This concert features a trio of leading soloists—Swedish clarinetist Martin Fröst, French violist Antoine Tamestit and American pianist Shai Wosner—coming together for a very rare chamber collaboration. Expect a splendid evening of classics by Dvořák, Brahms and Bizet, with virtuosity and memorable musicianship a given. But you will also have the chance to experience this music through the artists’ own ears, in their own imaginative arrangements. Their joyous Dance Mosaic is the showstopping finale, a potpourri of irresistible arrangements of folk dance melodies from Sweden, Bulgaria, France and beyond.
