Follow your curiosity at the Library’s next big themed night, Discovery Night! Nonfiction writers Carl Zimmer, Mindy Weisberger and Rebecca Lemov will discuss their brand-news books, about, respectively, the history of discovery about oxygen; zombifying parasitic insects; and the hidden history of hyper-persuasion.
The Library’s Preservation experts will lead hands-on experiments, an experience that encourages you to relive the fun of childhood science class.
Please Note: Discovery Night will be held in the Great Hall starting at 5 p.m. The conversation with nonfiction writers Carl Zimmer, Mindy Weisberger and Rebecca Lemov will be held in the Coolidge Auditorium at starting promptly at 6:30 p.m.
