Summary
- The six films in the Changing face of Europe series were meant to assess the achievements of the European Recovery Program and the condition of Western Europe 5 years after the end of World War II. This film describes the efforts of the European community to meet the problem of feeding a population increasing at the rate of three million per year. Points out how European agencies are increasing agricultural yield by informing farmers about scientific advances, better seeds, and modern machinery.
