Notes
- - Significance: It constituted the first large-scale, black-owned, black-operated, multiple use complex in Atlanta. Built in 1911-13 for the Grand United Order of Odd Fellows, the complex was the brainchild of Benjamin J. Davis, politician, newspaper publisher and principal organizer of the Odd Fellows. The 2 structures originally housed small shops, major black business offices, a 1300-seat auditorium and movie theater, fraternal order offices and lodge rooms, professional services, vocational schools, and a social club.
