- "Shows the entrance to the Claremont Theatre in New York City at 135th St. and Broadway where Edison is showing Gertrude McCoy and Bigelow Cooper in On the Stroke of Twelve. Large numbers of men, women and children leave the theater, some as many as two or three times. Delivery boys, a wagon, automobiles and a boy on rollerskates pass by"--The George Kleine Collection...catalog.

- - According to the Moving picture world, v. 23, "The Edison Company has completed arrangements with Manager Fred Dollinger of the Claremont Theatre...whereby that theatre will be given over Thursday night of every week to the Edison Company, and the complete Edison weekly releases for the week previous will be shown". According to Motography, v. 13, the film, "On the stroke of twelve", was released on March 12, 1915. The film would probably have been showing at the Claremont on Thursday, March 18, 1915.
