Cole’s new book “The Last Adieu” details the tour and how Americans two hundred years ago remembered the American Revolution and imagined their nation’s future. Kluge Center Director Kevin Butterfield will interview Cole on Lafayette’s tour and, joined by Charles Schwam of the American Friends of Lafayette, will discuss the bicentennial observances of this important national event.
