The Moving Image Research Center has several research guides that provide assistance finding moving images on subjects such as women's suffrage, politics and public affairs, and television commercials. We also include search strategies for locating additional items in our vast collection.
Please note that the Moving Image Research Center is re-evaluating its web content by retiring older outdated guides and updating/reformatting more recent or heavily utilized guides to a new platform. The migration of guides to the new platform may take some time. However, you can access an archived version of our subject guides using the Internet Archive’s Way Back Machine. As the newly migrated guides are published, links pointing to our older pages will be redirected to our new site.
