  • -  Кухмистерские располагались в центре курортного поселка. Их устройство ничем не отличалось от устройства кухонь отдельных хозяйств. Тип постройки - деревянные избы с маленькими окнами. Главными предпринимателями на озере были Лаврова, Галин, Волжинский которые держали кухмистерские. Из кухмистерской обед, завтрак и хлеб отпускали за 18-25 рублей в месяц. Кормили сносно, хотя однообразно.
