• -  Although the 1733 volumes have the statement "edito nova auctior & emendatior, tomi primi pars prior[-posterior]" on the t.p., they are not a new edition of v. 1. Maittaire wanted to call v. 4 "Tomi primi supplementum." However, the Bibliopola Batavus called it "Tomus primus" without Maittaire's knowledge, and Maittaire refers to Annales typographici as a set of 5 tomes. Cf. t. v, pt. 1, p. vi.
