Maittaire wanted to call v. 4 "Tomi primi supplementum." However, the Bibliopola Batavus called it "Tomus primus" without Maittaire's knowledge, and Maittaire refers to Annales typographici as a set of 5 tomes. Cf. t. v, pt. 1, p. vi.
