Company Profile

Since agencies began moving towards a remote-first workforce, new hurdles around identifying and following best practices and sharing knowledge across teams and agencies have arisen. The Virtual Acquisition Office (VAO), available through FEDLINK, is a knowledge and productivity web-based subscription service designed to help solve these issues by keeping acquisition professionals across the Federal Government apprised of changes in legislation, policies, regulations, protests, and oversight reports, along with an analysis of the impact on acquisition and program management environments. The VAO focuses on providing information around the fundamentals of federal contracting by leveraging their team of Senior Acquisition Experts to create publications, webinars, tools, and conduct research to support acquisition needs and serve as a virtual mentor to promote consistency and compliance. With the launch of VAO Ally, their first generative-AI tool, it is now easier than ever to search and leverage these resources to answer complex acquisition questions and upskill the workforce. In addition to leveraging their own repository of content, Ally includes information from other trusted regulatory sources like the FAR and DFARS to ensure acquisition professionals have the right sources to promote compliance. Through these tools and resources, the VAO can easily partner with agency leadership to help streamline training initiatives and ensure the use of best practices to support contracting and procurement processes.

Please contact the VAO Customer Service/Sales contact for specifics of their offering.
