  • -  Work is a translation by Mas'ad Nushû of the third part (Peri chrēseōs tou mystēriou) of Syntagma kata azymōn, Argenti's Greek tract on the Lord's Supper (dealer's description, laid in.) It may, however, be the Arabic epitome of the Syntagma (or of a part of it) prepared and printed for Sylvester, the Orthodox patriarch of Antioch, for use in polemics against the Church of Rome. The Greek original existed at the time only in mss. Cf. T. Ware, Eustratios Argentis (1964), p. 56-57.
