  • -  無書名葉。正文卷端題"校正朝邑志"，下無署名。正文前有乾隆三十九年胡德琳"校正朝邑志序"，目錄。目錄後題"五泉韓邦靖汝慶原著，嘉興王元啟、宋賢覈訂，男尚玨德朋編錄，海鹽楊志梁履廷校刊，男熙曉閶讐誤"。卷末有乾隆四十年楊志梁"校正朝邑志後序"記刻書事。朝邑縣在陝西境内，朝邑一名始于西魏文帝大统六年（公元540年)，是因西靠朝坂而得名。朝邑古称临晋、五泉、河西，西塬，左冯翊。《朝邑志》原为明韩邦靖正德间撰,因其"简古"而著称于世,被誉为陕西明代"关中八志"之一,王元启重加考订作校正本。藏印有"陳謙之印"白文方印等.
