- - The MASP, Museum of Contemporary Art in Sao Paulo, was designed by architect Lina Bo Bardi 1958, constituting a flagship project of modern architecture in Brazil. Built with the idea of Pietro Maria Bardi, Lina's husband, who, along with Assis Chateaubriand, decided to create a new art museum in Sao Paulo, 12 years before its construction, creating a headquarters for the MASP. At 8 meters above the ground, with 74 meter span between the pillars and 10 thousand square meters this work became the world's largest open floor plan. This building of simple lines and its characteristic red frames and large leave street level an area of free movement.

A 8 metros del suelo, con 74 metros de luz entre los pilares y 10 mil metros cuadrados de superficie esta obra se convirtió en la planta libre más grande del mundo. Este edificio de líneas simples y sus característicos y grandes marcos rojos dejan a nivel de la calle un espacio de libre circulación.
