Photo, Print, DrawingSchreiber collection of European book illustrations Wilhelm Schreiber (1855-1932), German printmaking scholar and author of the major reference work Manuel de l'amateur de la gravure sur bois et sur métal au XVe siècle (1891-1911), organized a personal study collection of over 20,000 book illustrations produced during the 15th through the 18th centuries.
