With a FEDLINK book contract — an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract — we handle your competition and award a contract you can use to place orders directly with multiple vendors who can handle your requirements. With a FEDLINK IDIQ, you will know that your agency is compliant with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

How to Get Started
1. Begin your interagency agreement (IAA) process.
2. Complete the form(s) below:
- Instructions/Form for Ordering Books & Media (Firm Orders)
- Instructions/Form for Leasing Books & Media (Lease Plans)
3. Manage your award:
Customer Reminders
As a FEDLINK customer you are required to notify FEDLINK if you do not receive the products or services ordered. Review your FEDLINK monthly statements and invoices for accuracy. If there is an invoice discrepancy, notify FEDLINK immediately.
